• The central portion of the indicator is a reactive portion.
• it is light at the start and progrssively and irreversibly darkens.
• the change is due to the cumulative time and temperature exposure
• the color change is faster at higher temperatures.
  
  
• The reference ring is printed in constant color. It indicates the designed programming limit.
  
  
• End point is reached when the color of the central area is equal to the reference color.
