Effect of Freeze Events
Many medical products can be damaged and lose effectiveness if they are frozen. If there is a freeze event followed by a thaw, the damage to the product can go unnoticed.

Irreversible Freeze Indicator
TransTracker C single-use devices irreversibly change color from green to white to signal that a freeze event has occurred. These devices monitor freeze sensitive products during storage and transportation. The TransTracker C device is placed inside or can be affixed to the exterior of multiple unit secondary packages or shipping boxes. It is an ideal tool to meet quality requirements and manage risk throughout storage and shipment of medical products.

The standard TransTracker C devices are available with response temperatures of 0°C, -1°C and -5°C (all ± 1°C). Customized card designs and messaging are available.
