Heat Indicators

Individual Unit Indicators

  HEATmarker indicators are affixed by manufacturers to individual units of temperature sensitive medical products (vials, syringes, etc.) to monitor the products from manufacture to product use. The HEATmarker will inform the user if the product has been exposed to potentially damaging cumulative heat over a customer specified period of time.
   
  TH-F indicators are affixed to an individual unit, a multiple unit secondary package or the shipping box to monitor heat sensitive products during short-term shipping. The TH-F will warn the user if the product has been exposed to a potentially damaging heat threshold temperature for a with some time delay.
   
  DEGmarker indicators are affixed to an individual unit, a multiple unit secondary package or the shipping box to monitor heat sensitive products from manufacture to product use or during shipping and storage. The DEGmarker will warn the user if the product has been exposed to a potentially damaging heat threshold temperature instantaneously.
   
  Fresh-Check indicators are affixed to a TransTracker H or CH card to monitor short term storage and handling of medical products and by food manufacturers and retailers to show the limit of use of perishable foods. Multiple Unit Heat Indicators

  TransTracker H devices are placed inside or can be affixed to the exterior of multiple unit secondary packages or shipping boxes to signal the occurrence of customer specified cumulative heat exposure over a period of time, from days to years, at refrigerated (5°C) or controlled room (25°C maximum) temperatures.
   
TransTracker F devices are placed inside or can be affixed to the exterior of multiple unit secondary packages or shipping boxes to signal the occurrence of customer specified threshold heat exposure with some time delay.
   
  TransTracker D devices are placed inside or can be affixed to the exterior of multiple unit secondary packages or shipping boxes to signal the occurrence of customer specified threshold heat exposure instantaneously.
