Fresh-Check Indicators
Fresh-Check indicators are used by medical product manufacturers and distributors to monitor cumulative heat exposure over a short period of time and by food manufacturers and retailers to show the recommended limit of use of perishable foods.

Fresh-Check Indicators are a convenient tool for compliance with US Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards imposed upon modified atmosphere packaged seafood producers. The indicators are applied to monitor all modified atmosphere packaged seafood in Tesco’s Fresh&Easy stores.
